Kitchen Caitlin in Queens by Joshua Ingraham
Caitlin in Queens is a project very close to Joshua and the team’s heart. As a personal friend and client, Caitlin bought his first house and asked for help Josua Ingraham to add a personal touch. One strength of Joshua and the team is to transform urban spaces into smaller living room chic and functional. COOP in Queens has not been updated since 1950. Apartment complete with the date it surprisingly blue carpet, purple walls with hand painted Jefferson Airplane, such as border and multicolor electrical tape to act as a trim in the bathroom and kitchen. A true test for any designer. Joshua and his team renovated the majority of the apartments. The kitchen is amended by the promise rich and dark so it looks elegant. Ideas in the smallest space is to use a monochromatic color scheme of mostly dark at deceiving the eye into seeing more space than really exists. Joshua and the team used a black glass backsplash in the kitchen automatic as giving a high gloss effect and doubles as a mirror to enlarge the space. Bright white grout colors plus black natural slate tile provided was polished and clean.
