Caitlin in Queens is a project very close to Joshua and the team’s heart. As a personal friend and client, Caitlin bought his first house and asked for help Josua Ingraham to add a personal touch. One strength of Joshua and the team is to transform urban spaces into smaller living room chic and functional. COOP in Queens has not been updated since 1950. Apartment complete with the date it surprisingly blue carpet, purple walls with hand painted Jefferson Airplane, such as border and multicolor electrical tape to act as a trim in the bathroom and kitchen. A true test for any designer. Joshua and his team renovated the majority of the apartments. The bathroom has floor to ceiling tiles Bisazza.
