Venice House by Daly Genik, Venice House is designed to harmonize the building and a family, while maintaining privacy, the increasing amount of sunlight during the day that comes into the house has been filtered by a filter that has been available throughout the main house and apartment.
The main house there is behind the site. 2300 m2 building pages, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Pages eat outdor open to the study room and kitchen. 2 floors façade facing the courtyard, all have a glass, which is surrounded or covered by a perforated metal attached to aluminum exoskeleton.
The panels are perforated metal shade the whole building extends to the page. The panels are designed to filter sunlight into the main living space and apartments. This building also created a balcony that stretches from the master bedroom and the apartment, family members can see each other throughout the property.

Studio apartment above the garage completely changed the interior and the balconies on the main level and a roof deck above. Both buildings in the summer cooled by the metal panels, and windows operate ventilate the whole room. Domestic hot water, including radiant floor heating, provided by solar power plants installed on the roof.
